Happy World Sparrow's Day!

Happy World Sparrow's Day to everybody. March 20th is celebrated as the World's Sparrows Day which was an initiative by the Nature Forever Society of India along with the Eco-Sys Action Foundation (France) and several other national and international organisations across the world.

So

The Nature Forever Society was started by Mohammed Dilawar, an Indian conservationist who started his work helping the House Sparrow in Nashik, and who was named one of the "Heroes of the Environment" for 2008 by Time for his efforts. the idea came to him just like that when he thought that bio-diversity is treated without any care or consciousness that it affects us indirectly. the first World Sparrow's Day was celebrated in 2010.

This day is celebrated as World Sparrow's Day to create awareness among the people about House Sparrows. Most of us  don't consider Sparrows as an important living being, but this day is to enhance its importance. This day also allows people who are already in the mission to save Sparrows to exchange their vision and ideas with each other for a better improvement in the conservation of this species. All the conservationists from around the world meet today to discuss the ideas. Several organizations and institutions also gather to discuss this matter.
