After the successful launch of Android One, Google is now back in the streets with Android 5.0 Lollipop. It has always been a tradition for Android to name their OS after some sweet treat. Now its Lollipop makes me remember the good ol' days (YUM YUM!!).

Android has announced that Lollipop will be first released officially on the Nexus 9 tablet manufactured by HTC and Nexus 6 phone manufactured by Motorola.

Both the tab and the phone have proved to be quite good for the cost. But the major letdown is the cost. Unlike the previous ones the Nexus 6 will be on sale for a whopping $699 (43000 Rs approx).

But just like the name the specs prove to be "Sweet". It has a 6 inch display, 13 MP front cam and with OIS. Whats even better is its battery. 15 mins of charging gets you an awesome 6 hr battery life.

For others with the moto line of products and previous Nexus phones don't worry the updates will be released in the days to come.

The Nexus 6 will have a one on one with its Arch-rival the Iphone 6. Both of them prove to be very good line of products but the Iphone 6's #bendgate turned out to be its Achilles heel. Whether the phone will be worth the buck, we will know soon enough.

Let us know what your name for the Android L was in the comments section below. (please they are really worth it).
