Someone who hides behind a smile, when all they want to do is hide and/or die. ( There are so many, they actually made a word for it.) That is Eccedentesiast .
When someone is a situation of real depression and they still manage to have a smile in their face they are Eccedentesiast. Every 2 out of 5 people are Eccedentesiasts.
